So sorry I have been blog absent! We have been on a cray schedule these past few weeks. And it is safe to say that....
We have moved back to Kapolei!
We were living in our one bedroom one bath apartment in Waipio and decided that since our lease is up we should move back home and save money to purchase a home of our own. Its all so bitter sweet. We are currently living with my in laws which is right down the street from my moms house. It's nice to be close to family but at the same time missing my own space for just the three of us is what I miss most. My in laws are such a big help with baby. Seeing as though it feels like Brys is rarely home because he needs to wake up at 4:30 and doesn't get home until about 8 on Monday and Wednesday because of school and about 4 the rest of the week. He is a lot more tired now days due to traffic and a longer drive. Fridays and the weekend are what I look forward to the most because that's when I get to have him all to myself....Unless, my brothers decide to kidnap him and take him to the beach. We are still trying to organize all of our things and figure out what we need to dump and sell. As soon as that is ready we will be having a garage sale!!!! Yes and I will keep you updated on that date.
On a more exciting note, I went thrift shopping! I wanted to find something for Halloween but of course in the back of my head I knew I was going to resort to looking for everyday clothes. Lately, I have been thinking how expensive it is to buy clothes. Especially when you always want to dress up and look your best. Now days its such a waste to go out to the regular stores and shop because you can spend a whole hundred on just one outfit! So I started thinking I should check out savers and goodwill. It never happened. My sister in law came down from Florida and she was telling me that she goes thrift shopping all the time and she finds great deals. That just inspired me more to do it! So finally I did! and I scored! I got about 5 pairs of pants. one capri one high waisted short, and about 3 jeans, and a cute belt. All for a grand total of 21 dollars! I could not believe it. A pair of pants in the regular stores are about 25. Here I am with my thrifted belt that made this outfit mesh together!
So excited about this and I am totally going to keep checking out goodwill!
